Leicester City Council’s on-going accommodation strategy will see movements of staff and equipment between different Authority properties. It also manages capital projects that at times require removal services.
To ensure the smooth running and timely undertaking of these projects, the Authority is tendering for the provision of a removals service. The properties involved are likely to be city centre offices and neighbourhood properties such as schools, community centres, libraries, etc.
Although the majority of the moves are around the Authority’s office buildings, on occasions, the Authority may have other non-office based requirements relating to its day-to-day business activities.
