Western Sussex Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking expressions of interest to provide staff and visitor catering and retail services across all 3 sites.
This project is intended to provide an evidence-based proposal to change the types of food, drink and other forms of retail catering available to Western Sussex Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust personnel and the public and the ways in which this is presented.
A key aspect will be to encourage and enable people to eat and drink more healthily whilst at work or visiting our hospitals with an appropriate range and choice and accessibility being made available. Of equal importance is the requirement to provide a fairly priced sustainability-focused non-food offer which meets the aspirations of patients, staff, visitors and relatives.

It will not be deemed to be subject to Directive 2014/24/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council, Council Directive 89/665/EEC or the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 by reason of publication of the contract notice.
