The programme will run on a yearly basis, from approximately a month before the beginning of term (approximately late August) until the end of term 3 (approximately mid June), and will be based predominately at Lee Westwood Sports Centre but may also require delivery off site at venues including (but not exclusively), NTU City Sports Centre, University of Nottingham sports facilities and Lady Bay Sports Ground, Nottingham.
The coaches will be required to have a flexible approach work, delivering across the facility opening hours, which are currently 7:00 — 22:30 Monday to Friday, 9:00 — 18:00 Saturday’s and 9:00 — 21:00 Sunday’s. Early morning, evening and weekend work should be expected, as well as delivery being more substantial during university term time.
Coaches will be required to integrate fully within the NTU Sport team, including spending time in the main sports office and wearing NTU Sport staff uniform.

If an appeal regarding the award of a contract has not been successfully resolved the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 (SI 2006 No 5) provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland). Any such action must be brought promptly (generally within 3 months). Where a contract has not been entered into the court may order the settling aside of the award decision or order the authority to amend any document and may award damages. If the contract has been entered into the court may only award damages.
