How to apply

Interested parties will be expected to express an interest in the service provision by no later than the 13/12/2013. A PQQ will then be forwarded in all cases. Once PQQs have been returned to us, they will be evaluated. Following this evaluation process, successful bidders will be sent an Invitation to Tender (ITT). Once the ITTs have been returned a further evaluation process will commence to identify overall who the successful bidder is.
