Description of the goods or services requiredTenders are invited from suitably qualified companies for the following – Inverclyde is looking to procure a suitably experienced supplier to provide the purchasing, leasing and voucher framework. The scheme provider and leasing agent will facilitate the access to qualifying equipment to Inverclyde Council whilst fulfilling the following conditions:- 1) The provider will be responsible for the provision of all aspects of a booking system to apply and provide cycles/vouchers and associated equipment via the UK Government Cycle to Work salary sacrifice scheme. 2) The provision of lease documentation that correlates to Scots Law. 3) The scheme provider will provide the facility for servicing of teh equipment either directly or indirectly. 4) The provision of the facility to dispose of the cycle on cessation on the initial contract or purchase the bicycle based on a fair market value. Total quantity or scope of tenderIt is estimated that approximately 70 council employees may use the sceheme per annum. This figure is based on applications received in the current provision. The Council will bear no responibility for increases or decreases in the level of business throughout the period of the contract. The Service Provider must be flexible enough and have access to sufficient resources to meet any variation in the demand for services. Any contract entered into in terms of this tendershall remain in force for the contract period or until the cumulative value of business for the entire eange of service specified reaches £142,000 |
