The wellbeing of all employees is crucial to effective work performance and maintaining a healthy workforce shapes the quality of services that the organisation provides.

Grwp Gwalia require an Occupational Health Surveillance Supplier to assist the organisation in achieving maximum staff productivity and minimise costs by maintaining the health and well-being of our employees by providing flexible Occupational Health Services, Occupational Health Assessments and Medicals across the required regions. The Supplier(s) should aim to work with the organisation to help make the workplace a safe environment, eliminate and prevent any work related causes of ill-health and to facilitate the quick and safe return to work of any employees who have been absent through sickness absence.
