Description of the contract
The Ministry of Justice requires a contractor to collect and deliver palletised used televisions between HM Prisons England & Wales, as part of an initiative to refurbish and repair televisions nationwide. Pallets are likely to be shipped in single pallet units to and from HM Prisons to two HM Prison repair hubs located in the North and South of England. These two hubs will be responsible for the management of the end to end service, including ordering and settlement. The contract duration shall be 12 months. Estimated demands are suggested at around 552 pallet movements per annum and will follow the industry Economy AM delivery model.
