Notes:

South Oxfordshire District Council and Vale of White Horse District Council (the councils) are inviting competitive proposals for the provision of a detailed, costed, design and technical specification for the renewal of the councils’ IT infrastructure. The scope includes:

– core server hardware (virtualised) and software
– desktop hardware and software (potentially thin client or virtualised)
– storage
– local and wide area networking
– back up and disaster recovery.

This request is for proposals for the design and specification. The councils may chose to work with different suppliers for implementaion of the resulting design.
