This contract is for the design refurbishment, fit out commission and validation of the Catherine Cookson extension at the University and the design and construction of a social space hub.
The works comprise the construction of new space and the refurbishment of the existing space in the Faculty of Medical Sciences and the provision of the construction and refurbishment works and the initial design, subsequent fit out and commissioning of the facility.
This project is the second phase of refurbishment. The first phase is nearing completion and will be operational prior to commencement of Phase 2.
