South Lanarkshire Council (the Council) invites bids from those companies (Providers) with a view to becoming appointed to deliver Events Management and in particular the provision of Xmas Lights Switch-On events in various towns within the Council.

Proposals should be fully inclusive of the following:

-A well known guest to help draw in families. For example, a known children’s television character or entertainer.

-A two hour event programme designed to appeal to families.

-Provision of appropriate staging, lighting, sound systems and generators.

-Provision of photography of planned entertainers prior to the event for the purpose of marketing the event.
