The Centre requires the service of organisations (the “Organisation”) to provide specialist graphic design and services.
On the basis of the tender proposal, one or more Organisations will be added to the Centre’s Framework Agreement for Graphic Design Services (the “Service”).
The Service focuses on the branding, graphic identity and core literature that the Centre produces in order to communicate its key messages. A range of bilingual communication materials including guides, calendars, leaflets, e-newsletters and website templates will need to be designed for the Centre’s work including Social Enterprise Support, Communities 2.0, Business Succession and Consortia, and the Centre’s work generally. The service will also include sourcing high quality, cost effective print services for the supply of low volume digital print and/or large volume litho print, where possible using recycled materials and aiming to minimise the environmental impact of printed materials.
Knowledge and practical experience of the social economy sector, along with well developed skills in concept development and project management are essential elements in the decision making criteria.

The Centre will make a Decision based solely on the tenders submitted.
Prospective tenderers should particularly note that costs incurred by organisations in preparing and submitting a tender will not be covered.
Your Response to Tender must remain valid for a period of 90 days from date of signature by your Authorised Official/s.
Successful and unsuccessful individuals or companies will be advised within 15 working days of the closing date.
