Description of the contract

Consolidated Versions of Legislation. The requirement is for the supply of consolidated versions of legislation governing two schemes that provide compensation for Armed Forces personnel. This will include the initial provision of historic consolidated versions incorporating each amendment to the schemes since 2005/2006 and consolidated versions incorporating the cumulative effect of legislative changes that make up the current legislation. Any further revisions to the legislation will also need to be consolidated and made available. The Contractor should be aware that the MOD will provide public access to all versions of the legislation by placing consolidated electronic versions on either their own website and/or the website of the Service Personnel and Veterans Agency who administer the schemes.
