London Borough of Hackney (the Council) is seeking a supplier to deliver a home computer and mobile devices initiative scheme through Salary Sacrifice. The scheme must be able to provide value for money and enable the employee to choose packages from a range of products at competitive prices. It must be compliant with the current HMRC and Office of Trading guidelines. The successful supplier must provide marketing material to promote the scheme and be able to offer a 24//7 IT equipment helpline for employees seeking advice on the scheme, pricing and delivery. The helpline must be charged at local rate maximum for both landlines and mobiles and be available from the launch date. Suppliers must be able to demonstrate experience of Home Computer Initiative scheme and how this would be implemented across the Council. The contract will be for 1 year with an option to extend for 12 months.
