Provision of ICT Support

2.2 Description of the goods or services required

There are three services required for tender:

Server Hardware Maintenance Support agreement

Two Managed Service Support agreements

Reactive pool of call outs for hardware replacement and planned pool of hardware replacement.

The managed service agreement would be required throughout Scotland. As engineers will be attending sites providing accommodation to older people the Association would require them to be friendly and supportive. The successful organisation will be expected to work with the Hanover (Scotland) ICT Service Desk with actions for solutions along with confirming successful resolution of faults.
