The Commission is looking for a contractor to undertake the services of internal audit for both the Gambling Commission and the National Lottery Commission who currently co-habit in Birmingham from the financial year of 2013/2014. However once the Act has been passed by Government, these bodies will become a single identity and will operate together. The Contract between the Commission and the successful contractor must have the flexibility to stay as separate contracts if the act isn’t passed and they remain separate bodies.
