Description of the contract

The House of Commons has a requirement for a supplier to carry out job evaluation as required, utilising Job Evaluation and Grading Support (JEGS) commonly used in the Civil Service The supplier will need to have relevant knowledge and experience to accurately carry out job evaluation for posts in pay bands A – D (civil service equivalent Grade 6 to Administrative Assistant). The House utilises the Towers Watson Framework for scoring evaluations and it is expected that the supplier will hold a Towers Watson licence.
