Description of the contract

English Heritage is a Non-Departmental Public Body and the Government’s adviser on the historical environment. English Heritage wants to select a non-exclusive panel of at least 3 legal firms for a four year period to advise on all aspects of English Heritage legal work. Expressions of interest are invited from suitably qualified and experienced service providers who wish to tender for this contract. Firms will be required to demonstrate expertise in the following areas: Ø Planning law – with a particular emphasis on the law relating to the historic built environment Ø Property law – particularly all aspects of property management Ø Commercial and Government Procurement –a wide range of contracts, licenses etc Ø Intellectual Property –including IT, trademarks, software and data protection social media Ø Employment Ø Defendant Personal Injury and other litigation including Judicial Review Ø Charity law Ø Tax law
