- Liverpool Mutual Homes are seeking to appoint a supplier to provide PR and Media Relations Services.

Our ethos is to ensure comprehensive press and public relations services are provided to ensure Liverpool Mutual Homes are able to communicate with the correct target audiences, deliver the targets detailed within, for example, the Corporate Plan, achieve the standards expected by inspectors such as the TSA and are able to share information of good practice with the industry.
The successful supplier will work closely with Liverpool Mutual Homes current Business Support Team, and as the contract evolves, will explore opportunities to work with Liverpool Mutual Homes staff.
LMH will be looking for a provider who can provide the same high level of service as part of a seamless arrangement maintaining the highest standard of professional integrity, customer care, reliability, accuracy and value for money. The successful provider will be expected to aspire to the visions and values of LMH.
The successful provider will most likely be an organisation who can demonstrate experience and knowledge of dealing with a wide range of Housing services.
The volume and value of the press and public relations service commissioned under the contract is very much demand led, however, the annual figure will likely be in the region of £30,000.
The contract will commence on 23rd August 2013. The contract will be awarded on a 3 year term with options for LMH annual extension up to a further 2 years.
