Sheriff officers must be qualified and able to carry out Sheriff Officer services within the Glasgow area and have experience in providing a wide range of sheriff officer services and dealing with a high volume of work. The work may include service of legal documents, notices of proceedings and letters in accordance with legal requirements, serving charges on decrees for ejection and carrying out ejections; enforcing decrees for access to premises and any other services appropriate to be carried out by sheriff officers as and when required under the exigencies of the legal or other service requirements of The Glasgow Housing Association Limited.
