Description of the contract

Contract for the provision of a team of CCTV operations staff, plus access to a pool of standby operators, for 24/7, 365 days per annum monitoring of fixed and/or mobile public realm CCTV, for crime and disorder purposes. The scope of the contract may potentially change to include the management of the Street Management Centre (SMC). The SMC is a key part of the integrated Street Management and consists of a team of operators and a manager who act as a single point of contact for street based teams.
