— keep abreast of political developments in education (Scotland and UK) to advise on a possible response/positive action,
— monitor and report on political intelligence in particular on the activities of Holyrood, Parliament, Whitehall and other relevant bodies and organisations,
— offer an extensive personal and private range of political (national, UK and international) and media contacts.

The successful bidder will be required to provide evidence of a minimum average yearly turnover for the previous 2 financial years of 50 000 GBP.
Please refer to question within 4B.5 of the ESPD and Economic and financial standing section of the Contract Notice.
Bidders must confirm they can provide the following supporting evidence prior to award:
— employer’s (compulsory) liability insurance* = 5 000 000 GBP,
— professional indemnity insurance = 2 000 000 GBP.

The following evidence will be requested prior to award in order to conduct analysis of the organisation’s financial standing.
The successful contractor will be required to provide 2 years audited accounts, or equivalent if awarded to the contract.
Alternatively, if you are unable to provide the required accounting information — e.g. a new business without the required accounts, please provide a banker’s letter demonstrating their willingness to support your organisation over the term of the contract.

1) Form of tender:
Shortlisted bidders will be required to submit a signed Form of Tender prior to the contract award.
2) Freedom of information:
Where any bidder considers any information submitted as part of their ESPD submission commercially confidential, they must notify the College prior to the ESPD deadline via PCS-T and the college will provide a template for completion. Furthermore, where applicable shortlisted bidders at ITT stage should complete the form prior to award. This will be for information only and will not be scored.
3) Supply chain code of conduct:
Shortlisted bidders will be required to submit a signed supply chain of conduct form prior to the contract award.
