This procurement will be undertaken using an e-tendering system which can be found at Once in the website, click on ‘Forthcoming Tenders’ and then on New Tender Details for this project for further information. If you wish to express interest please click on ‘Express Interest’ and if you have not previously done so, register your company. The e-mail address should be for the person who will deal with the tender, as login details and subsequent messages relating to the tender will be automatically sent to this e-mail address.

In the interest of efficient public procurement, the contract will be accessible (by agreement) to those Local and Regional Authorities in the south east United Kingdom listed on the South East Business web portal as well as Hampshire Clinical Commissioning Groups. These may include, but not be limited to District, Unitary and Borough Councils within Hampshire, East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey, Isle of Wight, Berkshire, Kent, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire. The Contracting Authority views that the range of services to be procured during this tender should be awarded as a multiple supplier DPS and seeks applications from suitably experienced suppliers who wish to tender for this service. Whilst every effort has been made to consider the full scope of the requirement, the Contracting Authority does not guarantee the volume of the services required resulting from this tender or that it will accept any tender on completion of the tender exercise.
