Public Engagement Contract – Newcastle
The core objective of this activity is to build awareness and engagement with key stakeholder groups.
We are seeking support to devise and deliver a programme of public engagement activity related to Newcastle Helix over a 12 month period in the first instance. The core objective of this activity is to build awareness and engagement with key stakeholder groups, linking research and innovation, education and employment, community and public space. The work should complement Newcastle University’s Engagement & Place Strategy. The successful supplier would be required to design and deliver a programme of activity in consultation with the Marketing and Engagement Group which achieves our stated objectives, including activity such as: • Local Schools and College • Local residents • Neighbouring stakeholders and initiatives • Communications campaign • Evaluation
