Public Health England has a requirement for at least one strategic marketing evaluation partner agency. This will be an integral part of the wider PHE Marketing network and will need to support the strategy and planning team across a number of areas including future campaign planning, evaluation planning and delivery, data analysis and integration, story-telling and dissemination. This will be a 2-stage procurement with a maximum of 5 tenderers shortlisted for Stage 2. Any eventual contracts will be accessible by other health family government departments, namely the Department of Health and Social Care and its Arms Length Bodies (ALBs).

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
Public Health England has a requirement for at least 1 strategic marketing evaluation partner agency. This will be an integral part of the wider PHE Marketing network and will need to support the strategy and planning team across a number of areas including future campaign planning, evaluation planning and delivery, data analysis and integration, story-telling and dissemination. This includes (but is not limited to) the following services:
(a) developing strategic campaign insights and evaluations;
(b) developing logic models;
(c) synthetising a range of data sources to produce strategic insights and recommendations for future marketing and communications activity;
(d) facilitating collaboration and join-up amongst a number of internal and external stakeholders;
(e) contributing to the evaluation and planning of large scale, multi-channel national campaigns;
(f) helping clients choose the right metrics and methodologies to focus on to evaluate campaigns effectively;
(g) using a range of research, evaluation and data collection methodologies (including new trends and innovations).
The procurement will be carried out as a two-stage process with the shortlisting of tenderers for Stage 2 (maximum 6) carried out in mid-January 2019.

Public Health England (the “Authority” or “PHE”) reserves the right to extend the services for up to 3 additional one-year periods, i.e. 1 + 1 + 1 + 1, subject to satisfactory performance.

Economic operators are required to confirm whether they have any market-specific company or professional accreditations.

Economic operators are required to submit a sample curriculum vitae of the principal individuals that they propose would fulfill these services to evidence their capability and competence in carrying out the services.

— enter your correct business and user details,
