London Borough of Newham invites tenders from Pharmacies based in Newham for the provision of an integrated public health pharmacy framework. The framework will include the following services: sexual health, smoking cessation, needle exchange and supervised consumption and will cover all wards in the London Borough of Newham — ensuring equitable access for residents.

The framework will run for a period of 2 years from 1.10.2020, but may at the Council’s discretion be extended for a 2-year, annually. Service activities and outcomes will be paid on payment by results (PbR) basis. Providers must be registered with the UK’s General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) AND trading in the London Borough of Newham to tender for this opportunity. Providers must meet the requirements set out in selection questions (SQ). Tenders will be 100 % scored on the quality of responses. To be considered for an award tenders must achieve a minimum score of 50 %. London Borough of Newham may use its discretion to revise the minimum score threshold to ensure all wards have equitable service access for residents.
