The intention is to let a framework contract with a single provider to cover the placing of Public Notice and other related advertisements in National and Local Press. The framework will be available for use by local authorities in Hamspshire and the Isle of Wight.
Not all authorities will joining in the first instance, but it is expected that over the period of the contract more will use the framework to meet their requirements.
The estimated quantities and values quoted herein are therefore based on historic information.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: The Tenderer (or its directors or any other person who has powers of representation, decision or control of the named organisation) has not been convicted of any offences within the meaning of section 1 or 1A of the Criminal Law Act 1977 or article 9 or 9A of the Criminal Attempts and Conspiracy (Northern Ireland) Order 1983 where that conspiracy relates to participation in a criminal organisation as defined in Article 2 of Council Framework Decision 2008/841/JHA.

5. The tenderers can demonstrate that they have, or will obtain prior to contract award, the following insurance levels;
Employers’ Liability Insurance – 10 000 000 GBP.
Public Liability Insurance – 5 000 000 GBP.
