NHSPS is inviting proposals for a new PR agency to provide strategic communications advice, as well as tactical execution. Services to be provided are a mix of ongoing support, advice and key deliverables.

The duration of the agreement shall be for a period of 3 years with the option of 2 further annual extensions. Extensions shall not be guaranteed and shall be confirmed by NHSPS according to market conditions, Provider performance and NHSPS requirements.
