Bidder instructions – To be considered all bidders must register their details on the Bravo Solution Tendering website, The address is https://lsc.bravosolution.co.uk Complete all of the Mandatory fields with your details (You don’t need to be a registered company). After the initial registration page, you can disregard the second screen which is for Employer assistance Programme requirements. Save and exit. Once registered you will be sent a temporary password to access the site in conjunction with your Username which you supplied during registration, You will then be asked to change your password before accessing the site fully. Some Invitations to Tender are open to all suppliers. The “ITTs Open to All Suppliers” page allows you to express interest in these ITTs and move them to your “My ITTs” page. Once you access the site , you can search for “open Tenders” available to all suppliers (you), and express an interest in the Gym equipment Invitation To Tender, Once you have done this it will automatically move into a folder in your profile called “My ITT’s, you can access the details and attached documents in your home page by using the link to “My ITTs”. Download all of the documents and save them to your desktop for easy access, Read the instructions carefully and read and accept the declarations and acceptance of terms in the “Technical Envelope” you will find a link to this section on the left of the screen. Once you have decided on an item(s), Complete the Submission Template available in the “Attachments” section of the Invitation To Tender (ITT), Please Place an X in the box to the right of the item(s) you would like to bid for and add a value in Pounds Sterling in the space to the right side of the item(s Repeat the process if you are bidding for more than one item. Only submit one template with all of the items you wish to bid for contained within it. After completing your submission form, check it thoroughly and ensure that your name is included at the top of the Template in the area provided. Please upload The Submission Template in the “Technical Envelope “ section of this Tender where indicated for upload. The Agency can only access your bids after the closing date and time, therefore any questions or issues you may have must be sent via the messaging facility within this Tender, you can send messages at any time up to 48hrs before the close of the Tender, we aim to respond within 48 hrs. The Message facility can be found on the left of your screen using the link provided. It is not appropriate to contact any member of the Agency directly regarding this Tender, all queries should be directed via the message facility in the E Tendering Portal. Please refer to the “READ ME FIRST” instructions for details on how to submit your bid after completing the “Technical Questionairre” and uploading your submission, YOU MUST “PUBLISH” YOUR BID to allow the Agency to access the document. Payments All payments must be made in full before arranging collection of any items, The payments must be made via electronic transfer to the Bank account details which will be supplied to each successful bidder. Viewing Goods Please be aware that there will be no review of this process or revisiting of winning bids after the Tender has closed, Only winning bidders will receive confirmation of any items they have successfully bid for. All decisions made for the award of these items by the Agency are final and by taking part you are agreeing to these conditions as detailed.
