VIVID currently leases all of their tools, with a small selection being hired when required. We are seeking proposals from the market place to understand and assess the potential benefits to our business of leasing, hiring and purchasing tools outright.

VI.1)Information about recurrence
It is VIVID’s intention to award the contract for 3 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years, subject to performance monitoring.
In the event of Lot 1 being awarded, this will be a one-off purchase of tools.
VI.3)Additional information:
As a result of the merger between First Wessex and Sentinel Housing Associations under which VIVID was created, there will be a period of ongoing structural and operational changes, the outcomes of which may affect this contract. Potential impacts on this contract may be the reduction, increase or cessation of our requirements under specific lots.
