The Company operates CA sites and requires hook lifts to transfer waste to the incinerator at our Edmonton facility. We are procuring 7 x 32 tonne hooklift vehicles. These vehicles will work in predominately urban environments moving both 20 yard and 40 yard waste containers between various sites.
These vehicles must be right hand drive Euro 6 models running on derv or alternative fuels will be considered. This tender includes the maintenance of the vehicles. The workshop facility for maintaining these vehicles needs to be in reasonable proximity to our site at Edmonton.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: (1) All candidates will be required to produce a certificate or declaration demonstrating that they are not bankrupt or the subject of an administration order, are not being wound-up, have not granted a trust deed, are not the subject of a petition presented for sequestration of their estate, have not had a receiver, manager or administrator appointed and are not otherwise apparently insolvent.

Justification for the choice of accelerated procedure: The Company’s current fleet are becoming expensive to maintain and the lead time for new vehicles are many months. For this reason, the procurement is being run under reduced timescales as the requirement is urgent and a longer time limit is impractical as a result.
