It is proposed that the initial contract will be for 1 year, followed by an option to extend for 2 further 1 year periods.
The specification also includes a list of other dashboards that the Trust is seeking to develop during further phases of the project. This list is only provisional at the time of procurement and is for information only.
The total value of the proposed contract cannot exceed 156 000 GBP excluding VAT over the whole life (including extensions) of the proposed contract. The total budget for year 1, including set-up costs, is 60 000 GBP excluding VAT. The total budget for each possible extension year is 48 000 GBP excluding VAT. Tenders that exceed this affordability threshold may be non-compliant.
