The London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham is seeking expressions of Interest from suitable economic operators to be considered to be invited to Tender for the role of Main Contractor for the development of a new facility for Queensmill School on a site located at Ollgar Close, Shepherds Bush, London.
Queensmill School is an “all-through” school for pupils aged 3 years to 19 years old within the autistic spectrum disorder; the development will include respite facilities.
The scheme will be tendered on a Single Stage basis at the end of Riba Stage E, with the successful contactor providing a Guaranteed Maximum price for delivery of the new facility. The Contract value is anticipated as approximately GBP 8 m. The project will be procured on the basis of a JCT Design and Build 2011 Contract with Contractor Design.
