The evidence, especially for 0-5 year olds, is continually being updated as the outcomes of research in this area is published. The commissioning of services for 0-5 year olds transfers from the NHS to local authorities in 2015 and therefore an update of the current guidance is required to ensure local authorities have access to the latest evidence. This tender will be for a supplier to undertake a rapid review of certain areas of the HCP (to be detailed in the tender documentation) to ascertain of there is a need for the evidence/practice in the HCP to be updated.
