Description

The scope of this project is to re-implement from Oracle Financials 11.5.10.2 at Melton Borough Council to Oracle Financials Release 12.

The modules to be re-implemented are:
• Accounts Payables – AP
• General Ledger – GL
• Purchasing – PO
• i Procurement – iP

The re-implementation needs to be carried out in the period between finalizing the 2012-13 accounts and budgeting for 2014-15. The re-implementation needs to be undertaken before end Dec 2013

A pre qualification questionnaire is available on the Source Leicestershire website, which must be completed as detailed and returned electronically Not later than 12:00 Noon 9th July 2013 to:

All suppliers should register interest at the earliest opportunity so that we can provide clarification information throughout the process. To register interest please email your company name and contact details to oracle.r12@hinckley-bosworth.gov.uk.

Late submissions will not be considered.

Value £120000 includes Installation and services.

The system will need to be installed and operational by 31 December 2013.
