2 Contract Details

2.1 Title

Knoxland Primary School – Re-roofing and Cladding Replacement

2.2 Description of the goods or services required

The works comprise:

– The upgrade of the existing roof covering by the application of a liquid applied solution.

– Replacement of asbestos containing cladding panels with insulated panels to high and low level cladding.

– Replacement of high level windows and rooflights.

– The isolation, disconnection, removal and re-fitting of security alarm and security lighting fixtures and fittings and air conditioning unit and other sundry items to facilitate the completion of other works.
