NPT Homes is seeking to appoint six contractors to a three year Framework Agreement. It is anticipated that work will be allocated in packages through ‘direct award’ and the work content will be based on packages of approximately 100-150 properties. No contractor will be directly awarded more than one package at a time.
Individual ‘call-off’ contracts raised under the Framework Agreement can commence at any time after the commencement date of the Framework Agreement. It is at NPT Homes Ltd. sole discretion when ‘call-off’ contracts will be awarded.

NPT Homes is a recently established Registered Social Landlord which was set up to accept the ownership and management of 9 200 properties in the Neath Port Talbot borough. It is intended that NPT Homes will spend approximately 20 000 000 GBP carrying out EWI, Re-roofing and Misc. works on/in the properties carried out under the NEC3 ‘A’ Contract (Priced contract with activity schedule.)
NPT Homes is seeking to appoint six contractors to a three year Framework Agreement.
