Repair and maintenance services of electrical building installations. Wandsworth Borough Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced and competent suppliers to undertake the reactive maintenance of door entry systems serving door entry systems in approximately 724 residential housing blocks in three separate geographical areas of the borough: Battersea, Tooting and Putney.
The contract will be split into 3 Lots and each of the Lots will be for a fixed term of 5 years with a possible mutually agreed extension of up to 2 years. The planned commencement date is 1.4.2015.
It is anticipated that tenders will be sought in September 2014 and tenderers should indicate whether they wish to be considered for either 1 or 2 of the Lots. No one contractor will be awarded all 3 Lots.
The estimated annual value of each Lot is as follows:
Lot 1 : Battersea area – 152,000 GBP.
Lot 2 : Tooting area – 140,000 GBP.
Lot 3 : Putney area – 108,000 GBP.
