The estimated value of possible developed assets in this opportunity is estimated in the region of 22 000 000 and 25 300 000. The potential return to the developer from the developed assets and services will depend on many commercial factors including (but not limited to) the performance of the developer and market conditions. The forecast value is an estimate only and is subject to many variable commercial factors. Bidders should seek independent legal and commercial advice in relation to the potential value of the opportunity.

Bidders should also be able to demonstrate the availability of financial resources appropriate to such an undertaking allowing for its value and duration and be able to provide Public and Employers Liability Insurance at 5 000 000GBP and 10 000 000 GBP respectively and Professional Insurance at 10 000 000 GBP.
