2.1 Title

Valuation and Marketing Services for the Site of the Former Hermitage Academy, Helensburgh

2.2 Description of the goods or services required

Argyll and Bute Council wish to appointment an external consultant to provide Valuation and Marketing Services for the Site of the Former Hermitage Academy, Helensburgh.

We require an external marketing/ surveying agent to;

Stage 1: Assess and report on the marketability and value of the former Hermitage Academy site.

Stage 2: Provide advice and proposals in terms of an appropriate marketing strategy.

Stage 3: Undertake a marketing exercise

Stage 4: Provide advice on offers received.
