Description of the contract

The Equality and Human Rights Commission wishes to contract with a service provider to provide Reception Services in line with its requirements up until the 31st March 2013. Suppliers should note that the ‘Open’ Procedure is being used, i.e. this is a one stage process – i.e. there is no Expression of Interest stage. The proposed Timetable is as follows: – Tender Submission Deadline:- 13:00 Friday 23rd March; Desktop Evaluations and short listing if required by :- Friday 23rd March; Presentations :- Wednesday 28th March; Contract award :- Friday 30th March.
