Harris Federation requires the services of an education specialist digital job board advertiser to promote our employment opportunities to a targeted national and international audience with a particular strength and reach in the Greater London area for shortage subject secondary school vacancies.
We are looking for an established and proven digital job board to advertise our vacancy listings, and who has a particular focus on generating applications for primary and secondary teaching and leadership positions.
Bids must offer an “unlimited” digital advertising service for all vacancy types, and should allow for flexible and bespoke advertising campaigns which reflect the requirements of vacancies relating to phase, location, academy, seniority and employment type.

Harris Federation requires the services of an education specialist digital job board advertiser to promote our employment opportunities to a targeted national and international audience with a particular strength and reach in the Greater London area for shortage subject secondary school vacancies.
We are looking for an established and proven digital job board to advertise our vacancy listings, and who has a particular focus on generating applications for primary and secondary teaching and leadership positions.
Bids must offer an “unlimited” digital advertising service for all vacancy types, and should allow for flexible and bespoke advertising campaigns which reflect the requirements of vacancies relating to phase, location, academy, seniority and employment type.
As part of any contract award, the federation would expect a full account management service with an SLA and a dedicated relationship manager/team who can provide administrative support for online bookings and producing monthly reporting to capture relevant job data such as summary job listings, CTR, job views, benchmark data and other useful market insights.
Services should include:
— unlimited job postings,
— Candidate job email alerts – based on employment type, skills and experience and location,
— targeted marketing – custom attraction campaigns for passive audiences in the form of e-mail shot, impressions, newsletter, etc,
— employer/recruiter profile listings with capability to host image and video content,
— mobile optimised web based job listings,
— print advertising – as requested for leadership campaigns,
— digital display advertising – impressions as required for employer branding and, account/portal for analytical and reporting functionality.
