In accordance with Regulation 50 (Contract Award Notices), Regulation 55 (Informing Candidates and Tenderers) Regulation 87 (standstill period) and Chapter 6 (Applications to the Court).
Homes for Haringey will observe a minimum 10 calendar days standstill period starting from the next day after the tenderers were provided with information about Homes for Haringey’s intended award decisions.
An economic that suffers, or risk suffering loss or damage attributable to a breach of duty under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 may bring proceedings to the RCJ.
