Description of the contract

Background: Our client is based in London and is currently recruiting for a Project Management Office Support contractor for a 10 month contract. Main Duties/ Responsibilities: Whilst you will support the PMO Manager in most areas, your role will focus on: 1. Account Management – account reports a. Generate monthly account reports on each customer account for Account Managers and customers 2. Account Management – managing demand a. Produce MI reports for the SRO, account managers and customers including an assessment of workload broken down by stage of delivery, compliance to due process and exceptions, risks and issues etc. 3. RFC / Small Projects a. Work with Account Managers and RFC team to capture RFC information and to manage RFCs through the delivery lifecycle b. Produce monthly MI reports detailing status of all RFC and highlighting any exceptions 4. Virtual Management Team a. Produce and issue the agenda for weekly VMTs including the specific decision documents for each meeting b. Produce and issue the agenda for monthly VMT’s, agreeing with members specific points for discussion and decision making c. Produce a note of the actions for meetings d. Ensure all VMT information is captured in the account management tool and accessible to VMT members e. Ensure decisions made at VMTs are reflected in the account management tool 5. Financial Planning a. Work with ICT Finance to prepare a monthly finance report for the IT Director and Lead Account Managers, highlighting any issues with under / over spend. 6. Administrative Support a. Provide support for other meetings and activities as required.
