The University wishes to appoint external contractors in 2 lots to help deliver advertising of key marketing and communications projects throughout the year as well as ad hoc projects as they arise. Contractors are able to apply for both Lots 1 and 2 or individual lots. Please note however, contractors that currently provide Out of Home services for Cardiff University, Bristol University and University of South Wales will not be eligible to apply for Lot 1, as working with any of these named Universities would create a commercial conflict of interest. This does not apply for companies applying to Lot 2.

The appointed supplier will have extensive experience in managing and implementing digital advertising to include (but not exclusively) social, search and programmatic advertising with Higher Education Institutions.
Suppliers are expected to be Google and/or Facebook partner certified and have a deep understanding of the student recruitment cycle for undergraduate and postgraduate students in the UK, EU and Internationally.
