Description of the contract
The Civil Service needs to recruit the best civil servants, regardless of their background. Whilst there has been an increase in the number of external appointees to the Civil Service, there is further to go to make this the norm. The successful provider will report to the Minister for the Cabinet Office with recommendations on how best to attract, induct, and retain senior (Senior Civil Servant) external hires in to the Civil Service.
