Description of the contract

The recruitment exercises will aim to fill a number of immediate vacancies across the whole of the Cabinet Office and also create a pool of successful candidates who may be called on when vacancies arise in the next six months. Part of the Cabinet Office works on a Flexible Resourcing model, by which staff are recruited to a pool and assigned to particular roles. The rest of the Cabinet Office generally operates by appointing directly to specific roles using open competition. These exercises will fill roles across the whole of the Cabinet Office, not just to the flexible resourcing pool.
