The FCA currently has permanent workforce of approximately 3 500 individuals and recruits approximately 700 new permanent employees on an annual basis, across all business areas. The FCA permanent recruitment process is managed by an in house team of recruitment specialists who partner with the various business areas and manage the end to end recruitment process. This process is supported using a third party Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Permanent recruitment will continue to be managed through this team with the support of the preferred suppliers appointed as part of this tender process.
