Accordingly, the Contractor must be able to provide a complete service including designing psychometrically sound multiple choice questionnaires to assess values that meet the requirements of the trust, develop a question bank to be used at the interview stage and the provision of a software application that can perform psychometric testing modules to aid selection. There may be a possibility that the trust may wish to enter into a partnership agreement with the solution provider, should this be required further details will be provided in the tender documentation. The anticipated contract term will be for 2 years with the option to extend for two further 1 year periods.
