No business whatsoever is guaranteed under any resulting framework agreement and there is no guarantee that any framework agreement is put in place in relation to this Notice. No compensation is payable if the Council does not award any framework agreement pursuant to this Notice. By participating in this process tenderers are deemed to have fully understood and accept this position.

III.1.1)Deposits and guarantees required:
A Performance bond, parent company guarantee and/or warranties may be required and will be specified in the Pre Qualification Questionnaire.

Financial accounts will be reviewed and a credit check will be carried out on each bidder. Wokingham Borough Council (WBC) will expect to release payment within 28 days following full acceptance of project deliverables/key milestones as further detailed in the ITT.

WBC would be prepared to receive bids from suppliers’ consortia provided that the prime contractor is clearly identified and will be responsible for the delivery of the contracted services as well as the proposed terms and conditions of the framework agreement(s) however all members of any consortia will accept joint and several liability.
