The framework is to appoint a number of suppliers capable of supplying suitably qualified and experienced Permanent, Fixed Term and Temporary staff covering for a wide range of roles. The supplier(s) must be able to provide coverage across the whole of Scotland, with consistent levels of service for varied temporary and permanent roles as required by SDS on a cost effective and best value basis.
